The difference between a flaky smart home and a reliable one is almost always the cabling and the load center. We work with builders, GCs, and homeowners to spec and install systems that integrate cleanly with Lutron, Control4, Ubiquiti, Apple Home, and the major energy-monitoring platforms.

Best time to do this?
Rough-in is by far the best moment — before drywall, while the walls are open, we can run anything anywhere for a fraction of the retrofit cost. But we do plenty of retrofit work too, finding clever paths through attics, baseboards, and chases to get cable where it needs to go without tearing up your finished home.
Frequently asked
Do you work directly with builders?
Yes. We've prewired homes for several SWFL custom builders and can join your project team at any stage.
Is Lutron worth it vs. cheaper smart switches?
For whole-home control, yes — it's bulletproof, it works without internet, and it integrates with everything. For one or two rooms, cheaper options are fine.
Can you make my smart home work with solar and EV?
That's exactly what we do. Smart panels like Span let you prioritize loads during an outage and watch every circuit's usage.
Do you do AV / TV mounting too?
We do the cabling and wall-box prewires for AV. For the final TV mount and component setup we coordinate with an integrator partner.
